Anuradha is in the field of Integral Education since 1986. She made a conscious choice to shift to Education, based on her work in the Development sector as she realised the key role education can play in building attitudes - the necessary ingredient for any real change. She started at Mirambika school as a teacher (working with all age groups), and later served as the Acting Principal and in-charge of Teacher Education. In 1996, she co-founded The Gnostic Centre, where she has worked in various capacities - as a facilitator, teacher-educator, writer, administrator, resource creator, etc. Her experience encompasses providing inputs to professionals, school & college faculty, and parents. Currently, she is also on the Managing Committee of Mirambika school.

A practitioner of the Integral Way of Life since 2010, Puja has worked as L’avenir faculty. She is also a regular part of The Gnostic Centre courses and study groups in Integral Yoga & Education. Puja conducts workshops supporting parents in fostering conscious and balanced learning environments. She also leads children’s workshops in storytelling, creative writing, yoga, and baking, creating joyful spaces for exploration and self-expression.

Ameeta heads The Gnostic Centre as well as India’s leading stud farm. She facilitates courses in Consciousness Studies, Integral Yoga, Future Studies, Integral Education and Self-development. She is a published writer and speaker. Her hobbies include tennis, composing music and singing. Recipient of Outlook Business Women of Worth Award, Ameeta also served on the Governing Board of Auroville for three terms.

A High Court advocate, Ritika coordinates The Gnostic Centre’s functioning and oversees L’avenir school's growth. Responsible for the Centre’s legal and financial well-being, she also coordinates the Centre’s journal ‘The Awakening Ray’. Culinary Art, Green Practices, Social Change are her abiding interests. Ritika facilitates sessions on collecting and cooking with indigenous herbs (at the Centre's Himalayan campus – The Monk's Retreat). She is also on the Governing Council of Shikshantar school.

A core member of The Gnostic Centre since 2002, Sunaina is passionate about working with children, nature and art. Deeply entrenched in Integral Education practices, her experience includes working at Mirambika school, before joining the Centre. She has worked with 2 to 14 year olds, at L’avenir and through workshops with students from other schools. She has also provided inputs to teacher-students and parents. Sunaina has extensive work experience in organic gardening and farming, and is also engaged in the Gnostic Centre’s ecological works. She likes learning and experimenting with various art forms, such as, pottery, sculpture, puppet making, carpentry, papier maché, marbling, weaving, macramé, knitting and embroidery, etc.
