TAFYL Curriculum

The TAFYL Curriculum comprises of Learning as well as Growth aims/outcomes – in keeping with

its aim of nurturing and developing the whole person. While the various disciplines and content

serve to achieve the Learning outcomes, the approach, i.e. the integral and free progress methodology,

serves to achieve the Growth outcomes. The following is an Overview across age groups 6- to 11-yearolds.

It presents a vast palette from which elements are taken up gradually, based on the needs,

interests and readiness of the children. The children work primarily in two groups – 6-8 and 8-11 yrs.
